Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

You can place an order enquiry by completing the booking form on our website. Please fill in all sections of the form and include as much information about your event as possible. We will respond via a email or phone call confirming availability of your selected items. A quote will then be sent to you along with our T&C's.  If you are happy to proceed with the booking, a deposit will need to be paid to secure your event.

How far in advance should I book?

Our bookings are on a first in first served basis and some weekends book out quickly so booking in advanced is recommended to avoid disappointment.

How and when do I pay?

We require a deposit to secure your booking, the bond and the remaining balance should be paid no later than 5 days prior to your event.  Payment can be made by direct deposit or cash.

Do you require a deposit and how much?

Yes. A deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from your final payment.

Do you require a bond and how much?

Yes. A bond of $100.00 is required to secure your booking. This will be refunded to your bank account after the event when the equipment has been checked. Your bank account details will need to be supplied for this to occur.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes. A delivery fee is dependant on location of event and site access.  We will also charge for any tolls and parking fees incurred.

What type of balloons do you use and how long do they last?

We use Sempertex latex balloons that are resilient, decorative, and available in a variety of colours.  Balloon garlands can last for weeks if kept in the right environment as they are air filled.

What happens in wet weather?

As we cannot guarantee the weather it is recommended that you have a backup indoor location that is suitabe for the equipment hired. We do not give refunds for wet weather.

Do you clean your equipment?

Yes. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disenfected after each use with a commercial grade cleaner that cleans, disenfects and santises.

 Does someone need to supervise the operation of the Bubble House and Castles.

Yes. A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise the inflatables at all times. We will give training in the safe operation and supervision of the inflatables or hire equipment on the day of hire.

How long is the hire time?

Our minimum hire time is 4 hours although we are flexible with this. If you require a longer time frame, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Are the set up and take down times included in the hire time?

No. Setting up is completed before the hire time starts and packing up starts at the end of the hire time. We do request that we have clear access to the equipment to pack up.

What happens if something is lost or damaged?

If something gets damaged or lost, payment of full replacement value is required.  We will let you know the amount we require to cover the cost of the replacement value. Amount will be invoiced to the customer and payment is due within seven days.

Cancellations

Deposit payments are non refundable as we have held your date and turned down other events to do so. We will work with you to reschedule your event if we have alternate dates available.
